For these automotive upholstery applications, Trimatt Ltd. selected Crest Leather’s Sparta in Black, using the leather across custom-trimmed vehicle seating.

The upholstery combines clean, sculpted forms with diamond quilting, creating a strong visual contrast between the smooth outer bolsters and the detailed stitched panels. The deep black tone keeps the overall finish understated, allowing the construction and craftsmanship of the upholstery to become the focus.

Across the seats, the leather follows the contours of the forms while the quilting introduces texture and definition to the finished interior. Details such as the contrasting stitching pattern, integrated headrests and embossed detailing demonstrate how leather can be used to create a highly considered automotive finish.
