Delaire Graff Wine Lounge

A refined wine lounge defined by colour, material and craftsmanship.

Following an extensive refurbishment, the Wine Lounge at Delaire Graff Estate in Stellenbosch, Cape Town was reimagined as part of the wider transformation of the Estate’s Winery Building. The interior brings together dark-stained timber, richly veined marble, warm architectural lighting and vibrant amethyst-toned upholstery to create a considered setting for the Estate’s wine tasting experience.

Crest Leather’s Shelly, Wineberry was used across the lounge seating, introducing a rich amethyst tone that sits against the darker timber and marble elements of the interior. The leather brings colour and tactility to the space while allowing the bespoke seating to become an integral part of the overall design language.

The result is a wine lounge where material plays a central role in the experience. Deep colour, considered detailing and crafted furniture come together within a space designed for wine, conversation and hospitality.
